Our main courier is UPS. Delivery costs will be ‘at cost’ plus £5 to £25 packaging costs per order.
Depending on where the products are to be delivered, local tax costs may apply. We will clarify this at the time of confirming your order.
Because of the rarity of the leather we make the products to order rather than stock them.
The turnaround time depends on the product type/quantity of the order and consultations involved for any additional finishing/customisation requirements. Turnaround times can range from 3 to 12 weeks. You will be kept updated as to the process/stages of the creation of your product.
Our business is normally with other businesses associated with the superyacht industry, who may want items customised and of multiple quantities. We will request 50% of the order costs upfront before proceeding with an order, and the remaining 50% to be received within 7 days of receipt of the goods. For items commissioned within the United Kingdom, VAT is not applicable on orders at present.

Customised items cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty – all items are vigorously quality checked to avoid this issue.
Non customised items can be returned if they are deemed to be faulty – before sending a return you will need to contact Helsaya within 14 days to organise the return of the item after examination for replacement/refunding.
