Nautical Yacht Tray
This Helsaya multi-purpose tray is an example of expertly hand cut veneers symbolising, to scale, letters A-Z of the International Maritime Flag Codes. Designed as a drinks tray, it will hold two bottles and four glasses, or 8 shot glasses. The inner tray, when reversed, reveals a skived edged generous cutting of the 18th Century sunken Russia leather.
As a plateau, the reversed inner tray can be used to showcase a wide bottomed ship bell decanter. Alternatively, the tray may be used as a base for playing cards, displaying fresh fruits or nuts, or to conveniently keep personal items by the bedside.
